Career & Technical Education in North Haven
The Career and Technical Education Department in North Haven Public Schools is committed to providing students opportunities for career awareness, skill development, technical skills, and academic connection to prepare them for their post-secondary futures!
Students begin their Career Exploration experience at North Haven Middle School with Unified Arts courses in grades 6-8 which provide a foundation skill building and career awareness.
Our High School CTE department offers 11 of the 14 CT Career Clusters (starting in 26-27):

The education community in North Haven, with support from the Board of Education, continue to support the dynamic world of career preparation through hiring highly qualified staff, approving industry-specific courses, and funding these programs.
